Quality assurance

Your Quality Improvement Policies and procedures cover all of your work on an equitable footing, including employer engagements and subcontracted work in this area.

All employer facing work reports via a review and evaluation process inline with the planned quality improvement timeframe. Sessions and visits are observed, training materials are reviewed for quality, relevance and appropriateness, internal quality reviews take place on an annual basis and all work is reported back via the self assessment report (SAR).
