Relationships with your partners are built on trust, respect, credibility and satisfaction. It is as important to manage your relationships with your partners as it is to manage them with employers.

You can implement a partner relationship management system that manages the performance of all your partners. Just as you record employer type, sector and spend, you can record type of work they delivered on your behalf and at what cost. Not only will this allow you to keep track of who are your important partners but will also allow you to keep track of business and you perhaps should be considering offering your services.

You can also target leads and information to the right partner at the right time, by having the knowledge of who delivers what and how well they do it.
