Workplace learning

A key characteristic of Train to Gain is the drive to deliver learning at or near the workplace. This type of learning will need to be weighted towards 1:1 discussion, informal learning in the workforce and on-the-job assessment. It will be best delivered through flexibility and variety of learning delivery methods.

Quality assurance processes for all aspects of planning and delivering your programmes to employers promote and review the use of the workplace context as the basis for learning.
