On and off the job training
Your training and interventions should be designed to meet employer’s skills requirements, build employees’ skills, and accredit existing ones.
A key factor in achieving success within your employer facing work is the design and delivery of a programme that delivers and builds sustainable capability, supporting your business in achievement of its objectives. This can, of course, be complex. This is most notable when faced with the varying dynamics and cultures of
organisations, variable skills bases and the need for flexible, cost-effective solutions. It is also challenged by the requirement to recognise the needs of the employee, the constraints of the programme of study and the ability to accommodate employee time during normal working hours – particularly with hourly paid personnel.
