Flexible delivery

Flexibility means you adopt the ‘any time, any place, anywhere’ approach. Flexible delivery could therefore mean a delivery pattern that has minimum disruption to work patterns, maximising learning opportunities through work-related learning, the matching of workloads against work commitments, assessments in the workplace that are agreed to meet employers’ needs.

In order to offer a fully flexible response to employers workforce development needs, your organisation will require investment in buildings, equipment, suitable staff and other resources to enable you to meet the expectations and standards required by employers and the programmes designed for them.
