Administrative procedures
To effectively engage with employers and compete in the marketplace, you will need to ensure administrative procedures are clearly defined and in place. These include a sales management system, and a customer relationship management system (database).
Your procedures need to be clear and simple. For example, administrative procedures are in place to handle
queries effectively and promptly, early information on the full cost of training is provided, registration and invoicing processes are appropriate to business clients, jargon-free language is used, service level agreements (SLA) are in place which clearly set out service standards and how the service is monitored and regularly reviewed.
